By accessing the Bhartiya Janta Suraksha Foundation website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using the site.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes related to volunteering, advocating for social justice, or making charitable contributions. You must not use our website to distribute any material that is defamatory, offensive, or unlawful.
3. Donations and Fund Usage
All donations made through this website are voluntary. BJSF is a non-profit organization registered under the Government of India (NITI Aayog DARPAN ID: UP/2025/0738435). Funds collected are utilized at the discretion of the Executive Board for our core missions, including but not limited to, girl child education, legal aid, medical camps, and animal welfare in the Bulandshahr district and surrounding areas.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the site is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, website designs, text, photographs, and graphics on the site are owned or controlled by BJSF and are protected by copyright laws.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions or the operations of the NGO will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh.
