Cancellation & Refund.

1. General Donation Policy
Bhartiya Janta Suraksha Foundation (BJSF) deeply appreciates your charitable contributions. As a standard policy for non-profit organizations in India, donations once processed and successfully credited to the BJSF bank account are non-refundable.
Because your contributions are immediately allocated to urgent grassroots interventions—such as medical rescue, education, and legal aid—we cannot reverse transactions once the funds are deployed.
2. Exceptional Circumstances (Technical Errors)
We will consider a refund request only under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Double Deduction: If a transaction is processed twice due to a technical glitch or network failure at the payment gateway.
- Unauthorized Transaction: If a donation was made fraudulently using your card/account without your consent (subject to bank verification).
3. How to Request a Refund
If you face a technical error resulting in an erroneous deduction, you must notify us within 7 days of the transaction date. Please send an email to info@bjsf.in with the following details:
- Transaction ID / Reference Number
- Date and Amount of Donation
- Name and PAN details provided during the transaction
- Proof of double deduction (Bank statement screenshot)
4. Refund Processing
Once your request is received and verified by our finance team, the refund for the erroneous duplicate transaction will be processed within 10 to 15 working days to the original method of payment.
Note: If an 80G Tax Exemption Certificate has already been issued for the transaction, the refund request will be strictly declined as per Income Tax regulations.
